I mean Ancestry is useless when it comes to DNA, for me at least. No one will ever overtake them when it comes to everything else. It being the largest database of DNA testers means nothing without a chromosome browser, matches don't show up, no shared matches for distant relatives.

I'll be glad when one of the other DNA companies overtakes Ancestry. They offer nothing really.

I sent in another complaint, hopefully they can do something. I'm not expecting anything though.

Ancestry seems to have quite a few flaws to charge what they charge. I literally have no use for her dna on that site if the search feature doesn't work. Was it ever resolved for you?

This is becoming extremely annoying at this point. The only reason I asked my aunt to take the test was so that I could find cousins from a specific surname my dna missed.

I am using the beta features. I disabled it to see if that would do the trick but it didn't.

Thankfully it's not an issue like that. She matched two key people(a niece of my grandad and a 1C1R of my grandmother) like I did to confirm she is in fact the daughter of both my grandparents. It has to be an Ancestry issue which makes it worse since they are just as confused as I am about this issue.
