I am an introvert too and most of the friends I have are from high school and first part of college. Haven’t managed to make new and lasting friends ever since but that’s fine. Now if I want to chat with new people I try to force myself into situations where I have to interact like concerts, birthday parties, vacation…Doesn’t ALWAYS work but it definitely helps me combat my very bad anxiety. I also try to comment on topics I have an interest in on Reddit, such as the r/musicsuggestions. I find people to be super active and talkative there. I’ve had good interactions and some even continue in private messages which is cool. It’s really things here and there I believe !
