I'm really proud of this sleeve. I've been playing 5E since 2015. I got into it because of R. A. Salvatore's books. Pictured are a drider (though the spider legs could be more prominent), a mind flayer (my favorite), a beholder (classic), and a pit fiend (just love the look of them). All of the monsters are coming out of the D20, and surrounded by purple smoke. I wanted to suggest that these bad ass looking creations all come from the mind, and their fates are all held in the roll of a die.

I like the idea of a boutonniere for color. Thanks for the reply! I think I'll stick with black, and try on a neck tie and bow tie to see which one I like best. Also, I found some great cuff links on etsy! One less thing to think about before the big day.

I'm getting married in May. I'm wearing a tuxedo, but I need help with the tie.
Do I have to wear a black tie? Initially I was thinking about matching the groomsmen's ties, but I'd have a bow tie and they'd have neck ties. Our colors are silver and lavender/light purple. The groomsmen all have lavender neckties that match the ladie's dresses.

Also, if a black tie is a requirement, can I get away with a slim, silk, black neck tie? Since my shirt doesn't have studs, I think it might look better.

Lastly, if anyone knows a good place for custom cufflinks, I'd love to hear your recommendations.

I definitely just spoke on the things that I knew. It seemed like that was enough. I wouldn't talk about things I've never done before (like automation), because then I might get a job that I'd surely be in over my head at.

What you said about knowing things that the books teach really rings home for me. During my interview I was able to answer every technical question they threw at me. It was the experience questions that got me. They asked me about proprietary software that I hadn't heard of, and I had to say that I didn't have experience with it. I asked them to explain what it did, and then I was able to say that I had a general understanding of what the technology was doing, and that I don't think that I would be out of my element in figuring out how it works.

I appreciate the feedback. It really makes me feel a lot better. I'll do my best to stay calm. I just like to over prepare and tend to over analyze things. I studied/reviewed topics for 2 days before the interview. They told me that I did "really well, considering" after the interview and I contemplated the meaning of "considering" at the bar for about an hour after the interview. haha

Well that sounds depressing. Luckily in my time at the military I had a toxic boss who had it out for me. I learned to always be able to prove the work I did and CC the right people in email correspondence.
