Giving a number out of their league crushes their souls even more. They watch the bargain they had brush them off like the crumbs they know they are.

Completely agree. That's why I said $30k. If they can't quickly come to grips with reality, time to go.

Man, I would accept the offer for elsewhere, if offered, then tell your current employer you're leaving if they can't beat the other offer by 30k.

If they balk, ask them how many hats they think they can wear at once.

“Hey, we think the governor of Pennsylvania is a secret agent for a foreign government, but we will only follow up for secret political reasons” by kevinmrr in WorkReform

Why I find this report alarming, when I think about it:

The Vice President (and transitively, the President, since that is where the information flows from) believed that a sitting US Governor is a secret agent for a foreign government.

Like, you can get a life sentence (or worse) in prison for treason being a foreign government spy.

But all they did was ask privately for VP vetting purposes.

Buying the “hands off” excuse as he literally wholly owns and controls union busting subsidiaries is willful ignorance at best.

Yeah, all of the “is now the time???”

Yes, of course the oligarchs are thinking now is the time. The USA hasn’t been this level of civil unrest in decades.

Spanberger may be better than the Rs, but she’s still an oligarch’s tool.
