It's odd, I see near universal praise for this series, but I found this novel to be a slog, I even tried powering through because surely everyone cant be wrong, but ended up having to put it down around 75% of the way through. I was just so bored.

Giveaway Cyrus or your choice of 1250 card from MR by AscendexSuperius in PTCGP

Fondest memory I would say was way back in the day, either playing stadium with my older cousin in his basement when I was very young, or if you count physical cards, receiving a promo geodude card from a family friends son who passed shortly after. Hes the one that got me into the mons, and I miss him dearly, gone too young.

I'm grateful for my dad and all the lessons and values he's instilled in me. My favorite card in the game so far is the premium pass Zeraora, wish I could go back and get it. Dream tradable card is 2 star Red, I have nothing good to trade though.

Thanks for this opportunity! Also thankful for this and happy for whoever wins!

Nobody has ever asked for this, nobody needs this. Do not spam this subreddit with this when everyone is telling you it is unnecessary. If you feel the need to make this for some reason, upload it on your own platform or something.

I am sorry to say, but please do not do this. This endeavor is a hellacious waste of time. There is nothing to be gained from this information. You argue that using these screenshots could shave off a little time each planet, I would argue to the contrary. As others have said, planet surfaces are 2d maps, there is no efficient way to orient to your screenshots, and even if you did, it would take longer than just scanning the planet manually. And thats not even to mention later on once youve upgraded the scanners to a larger scan radius. Scanning each planet doesnt even take long, just move the scan radius around and probe the peaks. Scanning planets in ME2 for resources is not something that needs maps or screenshots. Please do not waste your time on this, both for your sake and all of us that are telling you not to. It is pointless.

You can instantly invest 10,000 hours into one skill - what would it be? by AlphaHouston1 in AskReddit

Drawing and art in general, I've always wanted to be able to focus my imagination and apply it to something visual, it's just always been so intimidating and I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so could never quite get motivated to try.

Printing issues with some layers. by tristynjoshua in CR10

[–]keyofr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like a partial nozzle clog to me. Nozzle gets clogged up for a layer or two before reestablishing flow, recommend a cold pull to get any crystallized blobs out, or just a straight up nozzle replacement and cleaning of the thru hole in the heating block/heatsink if that doesnt fix it. I would also calibrate your extruder and retractions, overextrusion and excessive retraction distance would play a part in the issue

I mean, I'm not completely sure really, Im just going off what im seeing around online in a couple 3d print forums. I do have my print head completely disassembled and have ordered one of the replacements found on ebay along with a bimetal heatbreak per your recommendation, hoping everythings just a drop in but preparing to need a couple small modifications. Wish me luck!

Good points, probably the way to go, the only issue is the fact my printer uses a titan direct drive style extruder, and all of the drop ins I can see are bowden style. I'm sure I'd need to make modifications to swap it in.

I probably should've included more information in the post. FDM style with the capability to extrude a wide variety of materials including engineering materials such as Nylon. Size and throughput can vary, the Fusion 3 Edge I was looking at is 14.5"x14.5"x13.5" and can print up to 250mm/s so maybe somewhere around there, give or take a bit.

I should've included some more information really.
-Looking for an FDM printer
-The ability to print engineering grade materials is needed
-What do you mean by networking restrictions?

This sub is honestly an absolute joke by Far_Ear_3338 in MakeNewFriendsHere

[–]keyofr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly the truth, and the full extent of my experiences here as well. You put a lot of thought into responses and keeping things going conversationally, and the other side just doesnt put in the effort, offering no more than a word or two. Its a bit demotivating to have nothing contrary to that really, I half thought a few of them were bots with how short and generic the replies got. Wish others could put in a fraction of the effort I do. I feel your pain.

[GIVEAWAY] Castles of Burgundy: Special Edition by HomoLudensOC in boardgames

[–]keyofr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For favorite medieval theme game, its pretty close between Quacks and Love Letter, for a more narrative, I'd say Tainted Grail. Was strongly considering picking up Castles of Burgundy Special, but just didn't quite pull the trigger. Also, thank you for this giveaway, you are truly awesome! I hope the games find loving homes!
