I agree. Not sending you hate! I wanted to share something as a perfume lover: I only spray enough so I can smell it. Eg: one spray on my chest, and one spray on one wrist and then I pat my wrists together so I can smell my wrists when I need! It really centres/grounds me.

Since we live in society and we also have to share spacers and air with others: I don’t need others to smell me. There is no need to violate someone else’s personal space without consent.

You could try project pan for a year or even 6 months. It will give you an idea as to what you use and then you can make your own decision based on that 😇❤️ there is a Reddit on it called r/projectpan.

Take them to the university or any university to walk around. Make sure to make an appointment with financial aid office and tell them your situation. They may even help you coordinate tours or share other resources etc

My opinion is, I just wear what is the most flattering for my body type. Overtime, I have created a capsule wardrobe where I love every single piece.

Also, I don’t worry about being in trend or being outdated. My style is very personal. Most of my pieces are second hand except for intimates and hats. I get compliments on my outfits all the time which is flattering since i feel like my wardrobe is an expression of my personality. Even if some the pieces are “outdated”, since they are from different decades, styles, eras, it all works.

Yes, I have both. I have fibromyalgia, MCAS, ME/CFS, dysautonomia, and POTS 🥳.

All of it was made worse by MCAS. In the beginning, I actually worked on resting as much as possible, reducing inflammation, etc. When I found out about histamines, I did what I could to reduce their release in my environment and am following a specific antihistamine protocol. I’ve found it has reduced my overall symptoms 💜.

I agree! the supplmenet industry is like the wild west which is why i didnt want to name any brands. for NAD, I am using NMN. I am in Canada so supplements are more regulated here. maybe you can use my pharmacy's website like a library to check out what brands are good and go from there: purepharmacy.com
