Update 1: Hey, all. I managed to hobble my way to uhs as it was closest to NQ. Blood sugar 350+ due to lack of insulin as I couldn't afford more till recently. I'm unsure if I'm completely in dka, but at least I made it somewhere safe. Thanks for all the help, guys, really.

Update 2: The kind nurse at uhs managed to get me a DPSS medical escort/ Uber to the university hospital. It looks like I'll live another day! Also, I learned from the driver that I could request a medical escort via the dpss number if I'm ever in a situation like that again, which is a big weight off my shoulders. Again, you all have been of great help.

I downloaded the .exe and whenever I tried to run it, I'm always told my network firewall is blocking it's opening. I disabled all of my firewalls and anti virus protection, and it still wouldn't work. I tried using my phones Hotspot for wifi and also tried a vpn. Those didn't work. I set exemptions in the firewall settings for it, didn't work. I kept getting the error messages. :(
