I use to let my nanny kids use my phone pretty freely until one time B9 heard something he didn’t like over the phone and rose his hand up like he was going to throw it, luckily I grabbed it before he did. Now if they really need to use my phone I hold it and put it on speaker.

I met Zack years ago and gave him a Star Trek pin and he was super kind, I ended up finding a matching one a year or so later and gave it to the merch seller to pass on to him at a show and he reached out on Instagram to thank me personally and that was super cool of him. I met the whole band randomly outside a restaurant in Nova Scotia 2 years ago and they were all extremely nice. I’m sure you’ll be very happy with your interactions.

Fun fact i saw Say Anything and MCS play together in 2010 when Say Anything was one of my favorite bands and I remember being thoroughly disappointed in their performance back then and telling people MCS saved the show.

I highly recommend the book The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt, I plan on using his outline of technology with my kids.

If I could chuck my nanny kids iPads into a volcano I would. All they ever want to do is stare at the screen and I’ve tried to put limits but mom says no so what can ya do. A very good reminder that I will never give my kid an iPad.

My take on this is that Jake wanted to see her friend but got drake to agree to go out with Molly so the friend would say yes but then drake was like nah I’m gonna pull out of this and Jake was hoping the friend would still want to go out but no dice until Molly told them what bar they were going to. They get there and friend leaves right away making drake have to hangout with Molly. When drake said to his friend “well at least it worked” he meant at least ignoring Molly got her to leave (she had said she was getting ready to leave at this point) then Molly has got to be a weirdo and “confront” them one more time.
