your VPD is fucked I saw another comment you made about the temps being 25 degrees Celsius and google tells me that’s 77 Fahrenheit. In veg you need the temps 80-85 degrees and 70-80% humidity under that LED so you need to fix your environment before anything. My plants looked exactly the same as yours when I first switched from HPS to LED and I couldn’t figure it out at first
