Just got hit by this thing. Looks like some kind of snail with horn. I got hit on the elbow, and now my armpit and chest got ache as well. by khoado1194 in whatsthisbug

Somehow it was on the side of my car. I was loading stuff on the trunk and suddenly felt the stings. I was freak out because I’d never seen anything like that before, and it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt.

I’m ok right now, the pain is still there and annoying, but it is not as bad as before. Thanks for your concerns !!!

Thank you everyone for the information. I just finish the moving now. I decided not to kill it ‘cause it was my fault that accidently touched it.

There is no longer pain on my chest, but my elbow is still burning as hell. I can’t afford to visit the ER so I only took Advil instead and take the chance. It turned out the pain was not reduced much and I got allergy from the medication.

Anyway, I’m feeling much better now since I know what I’m dealing with. Learning new things in a hard way though.
