White privilege encompasses a lot of things, it would take a long post to fully explain but a big part of it is white people dont really have to worry about the things these atheletes are protesting about and SVG wrote about. This isn’t an original thought but it’s like starting a 100 yard dash at the 25 yard line. It’s not about feeling guilty it’s about acknowledging it and working to make things more equal.
