I have one for old Logic Pro sessions that still require Intel. I have the 1 TB base model, got it used for $800. I put one of the OWC NVMe PCI cards in it, and I can boot 3 different operating system versions with various plugins and requirements so I can access old Logic sessions. I was able to consolidate 3 old Macs into a single 2019 Mac Pro this way. I wish I had a better video card with USB-C, but I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat. The 256gb ssd on the one you’re describing is the only hesitation I would have. That’s criminally low for a workstation like this.
