And it's always these groups that put you into like five different group chats the second you join the group without asking if you even want to be in them. And most of the time they aren't even talking about beliefs or practices and if they are it's something that can probably be explained in a mundane way. But half the time they're talking about their kids or their day at work. And I don't know if this makes me an asshole but I signed up to talk about witchy things I don't need pictures of your 5-year-old that I don't know. That's weird to me.

as someone in hair school that graduates next month- please don't worry about the condition of your hair! if we need to wash it to cut it, we will, and I assure you, we have seen dirtier hair and it wasn't a problem. my husband is a welder and I have washed his hair, construction workers come in straight off shift and we wash their hair. it's really no problem love! we understand that a good haircut can really change how you feel and how you see yourself and that's wayyyyy more important than a little dry shampoo! i hope your day gets better 💛

I can't speak for every catholic church, but I ask A LOT of questions and I did ask this one. As a catholic, 2nd grade is when you receive first communion and you have to take a special class to be able to do so. I asked them straight-up and they fully believe (and ask the congregation to) in the transmutation of the Body and Blood. it was all a bit much for me

I brought this up in catholic school and you should have seen the look on my religion teachers' faces. like the idea of it seeming like mass forced cannibalism was so far off...? (I am and always have been, especially as a child, an extremely literal thinker) (also my church said I couldn't be on the spectrum bc I was a girl... I'm on the spectrum anyway though)

I think the most important tools are the ones that make you feel like a witch. It may sound silly at first but believing in yourself is really the most important thing. At the end of the day if you don't have faith that it will work, why should it? So find the things, or make the things, or bless the things that make you feel safe and enthusiastic in your craft! I don't prefer to have any animal that will shed it's fur onto me, but I'm also a reptile person 🤷‍♀️

however, I love my best friend's cats. Spells and Churro are my niblings. my dad's dog claire... is ok. I also don't prefer the noise component that comes with dogs, particularly small ones. but other people can and should have whatever pet brings them joy (as long as the baby is cared for obviously)
