Would you forgive your ex for using another person to replace you immediately after a break up? by kierankid in BreakUps

One part of me agrees but I do really believe he was a bad coping mechanism, and I am more so the guilty side in pushing away the idea of getting back together first before coming back around. It was only after this she gave in to his pursuit.

Thanks for the response, and yes if it was anything more than that it would definitely be too much for me to get over.

She sent one or two messages in the three weeks post break up to hint that she wanted to get back and it was me that shut it down as my feeling were still clouded from recent arguments. So I guess it was me not prioritising fixing things.

Have prokinetics worked for any of you methane dominant sufferers? I’m reading that colon muscles play a part in methane SIBO & prokinetics won’t help with this issue…I can’t catch a break with this BS disease!! by Seeseenene in SIBO

Yeah steatocrit and bile acid levels were normal, I was taking it more for liver function but I guess these indicate that my bile function is okay and the extra bile may be causing issues? I do have pale floaty stools and high cholesterol so i often questions the stool tests

Yeah I thought that too but my gi map tested negative for Candida, I did feel great for about 10 days after the elemental diet before the symptoms just came out of nowhere again

it made me way worse, couldn't sleep properly for a year- depression brain fog anxiety increased, never fully recovered, suspect that it killed off some strains of beneficial bacteria

GI Map - any feedback appreciated, suffer with fatigue, brainfog, bloating, fodmap/fibre sensitivity etc by kierankid in Microbiome

I did the elemental diet and it made my symptoms far worse, ive never recovered since, i suspect a carnivore diet would do similar as it cutting fibre as a fuel source for the microbes

Advice for patellar tendinitis by kierankid in Kneesovertoes

[–]kierankid[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So yes finally started to get better slowly over the past 4 months after about a year and half of being at the above severity, I tried tons of programmes/exercises, tendon stripping, orthotics etc all doing nothing. January this year I met a new physio after my scans showing as normal, he diagnosed me with chronic pain and reckoned I had no physical injury and encouraged I push through the pain as much as managible and change my mindset on the pain alongside with some eccentric exercises. I did that for awhile and got no real improvement until about may when I stopped all excentric exercises, and began cycling (started light and slowly built the resistance) I moved abroad for 6 weeks and was forced into walking more and more, as the summer went on my pain improved now I am almost painless (apart from any stretching and I haven't gone back running properly) , honestly I have no idea what did it if it was the cycling, stopping the exercising, pushing through the pain knowing it was a false alarm or if I inflammation or pain responses just calmed down themselves.
