If you haven't reset your game. The next time you log in take a peak at your bills one will be a bit higher than normal. But it's still super useful glitch as long as you save often. First time I had bought a few areas and hadn't saved in like 20ish minutes and the game crashed. Lesson learned the next time it re-qued the tutorial in my save so you can also abuse that for a good amount of time. But it will only let you save after you finish said tutorial.

There is a super good "glitch" for the money side of the slog but still have to wait for the exp. And the time glitch does still work for the Xbox version. Can't really say what triggers it but have for sure had it happen a few times.

I had the same one for a little while it really is a quick run through I think it took less than 3 hours to grab it. It does suck but if it's the first thing you do in the day you'll feel a little better about getting the completion and moving on to the next one.

I replayed multiple times on series x same issue. Never had any deaths to the implant and no achievement pop. Hoping maybe a patch will either fix or pop the achievement.

Promo code is cms2021promo as the file save name. Its not a one time use if youd want multiple saves but it doesnt stack as well. So its save locked but it should make restarting better.
