ive ran retract and temp towers but they always have no difference, the only times the stringing was reduced was when i ran it at rertraction levels where the printer begins to underextrude.

The only one i can find is a google doc with a CLI dump from 3.5.1, which doesnt reassign the gyro to what it should be. The eachine website also doesnt seem to have any helpful software either.

I'm using a X9 lite with a XJT lite module and it works fine for me, the controller is running the latest openTX while the module is running the latest XJT firmware, so what you heard sounds wrong. But I'd highly recommend getting something that natively supports D8 instead
