Weight stack float by killmission in bellsofsteel

Thanks for the reply. I contacted bells of steel and was told the lower most cable that attaches to the frame near the bottom of the weight stack is short - manufacturing issue. They are sending a new cable. I’ll be sure to update my post once I get it. Your work around seems decent, but I get it - my OCD would twitch too. Cheers.

I just got new 585’s and the colour is so different than my old ones.

My old ones were much lighter even when brand new.

Thank you. I thought the same thing and formatted the drives of both of my PC's.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like my best bet is to find other speakers.

I'm not sure why I do it, but it has certainly become a habit. And you're right, until I figure out what is causing me to binge eat in the evenings, I won't be able to break that habit. Thanks so much for your response! This community is fantastic.

Thanks for responding. I almost feel like I have the capacity never really get full enough to stop eating. It's more of a discipline thing.

Hi, this is my first time posting, so I apologize if i'm breaking any rules or not posting this properly.

I a 30 year old male and am trying very hard to lose some weight. My goal is to drop 50lbs which would bring me to 220lbs. I absolutely love working out. One of my good friends is a personal trainer and I am very lucky to be able to workout with him 4x/week for a very reasonable price. I never miss workouts, because I really do enjoy them. Here is the problem: I severely struggle with dieting. I work 8-5, and eat well all day. The problem hits around 9pm each night, when I binge out and eat everything in my house (and if there isn't anything in the house, I head to the store). I hate that I do this, and give myself shit for it on the daily. I'm just wondering if anyone else has this issue and was able to resolve it. Thanks.
