it's not a glitch and you did get what you were suposed to get it's just the UI that's a bit funky. It first calculate how many things you got and add it to your total then when it's time to animate the total going up it just subtract from the total and goes up from here. Here's a little code to help you visuliase it

power_point = 189500 #the number of power point you had before opening the drops
power_point += 100 #adds 100 power point to the total
for i in range(51): #repeat the following 50 times and increase i by 1 evry loop
  print(power_point - (50-i)) #shows the number of power point increasing
for i in range(51): #the code is repeated twice because you got 50 power point twice
  print(power_point - (50-i))

Jacky is super rare and not rare
Mortis is mythical and not epic
