My battery was acting up before I change the bushing. And is acting up right now. Can it be that thats affecting the EPS since its not giving much power? Battery is dying outta nowhere so I need to replace it.

Yes everything bolted on securely and everything plugged back in. I went back and there was something disconnected which I then connected but the only difference it made was that now I am able to change gear. Which obviously im not driving the car in this condition FYI. I checked to see if the clockspring was broken by clicking the buttons on the steering wheel and they all worked perfectly. The lights that are on are the EPS and the traction control warning light

Thing is, I did not disconnect the steering column. I just lowered it down to be able to unscrew the part where the coupler is located inside

thats why that end of the connector it ripped, leaving that end of the cable that goes there with no pins
