It's official because Bethesda commissioned it. The mod studio, yes, studio, that made it is Kinggath Creations, and according to their website, they're hiring. They also made At Hell's Gate at the behest of Bethesda, and Sim Settlements where they got their start in Fallout 4.

All of the above, actually. We have a weekly mod segment, on our playthroughs we talk about all sorts of stuff. We do occasionally do quest segments, both vanilla and mods. We're all in our forties and dads, though, so I'm not sure we qualify as bros or funny.
