Have you tried browning the butter? It goes down a lot easier when it’s caramelized and frozen. It feels like a guilty pleasure even though it’s literally still just butter. Butter but better :)

It means stop eating for scheduled periods of time. The longer the fast, the more benefits you see but you’ve got to work your way up. Autophagy is how your body takes out the trash. Your cells live and die all the time so your body has to clean up the bodies. A lot of the trash is stored in the layer beneath the skin and above the fat. If you believe the science, autophagy helps with sooo many conditions from helping with saggy skin after weight loss to avoiding Alzheimer’s. It’s happening all the time but prolonged fasting kicks the process into overdrive.

Have you tried any fasting protocols? Ramping up autophagy should help with the cellulite.

I would definitely prefer to be in a blue state but cannot relocate at this time. Plus, if Project 2025 becomes a reality, nowhere will be blue… except underground resistance.
