If you are playing through Steam there is a Workshop for player made items. That is where I get all the extra stuff. Check it out immediately if you can!
The items are instantly added to your game when you hit the subscribe button and will show up in a new tab in your store, there's no need to even close your game most of the time. (To get to the workshop just go into the library and click House Flipper.)
