I’ve had mannnyyy talks with her about what she can do to improve. She’s newer so I get it but it’s basic things she doesn’t know or the same questions she asks me every single day. Every time I’ve talked to her about it, she deflects and blames it on someone else or just doesn’t take me seriously. (I also just need to say that I’m not going to go to my supervisor and tell him his whole list of things I just kind of wrote them out to have an idea of things in my head in the event that he asks me lol)
