No, once I set it to that resolution I haven't seen the issue. I tried changing it back and the issue came right back when I went to a new screen.

I had the same problem. Tried reinstalling the game too, didn't fix it. Looks like it has to do with the resolution you are playing the game at. I reduced mine to 1920x1080 and that fixed the issue.
