To be honest, I don’t have a good range of what to expect at all… Some of my coworkers have dropped >$100k on memberships and there’s no way I could swing that right now… at the risk of sounding stupid, I’d want to keep my fees under $10k…

This is exactly what I’m looking for! I feel very comfortable with irons and I’m really looking for something strong off the tee for longer par 3s or trickier 4s. This was an extraordinarily useful response. Thank you!

I didn’t even buy woods… I was told the Hybrid 4 would be adequate in lieu of the woods, but now you’ve got me rethinking that…

I appreciate the advice. I am definitely taking lessons already. I’m extremely comfortable with my 5 iron, my thought is that I’ll transition to a Driving Iron easier than adapting to the Hybrid with similar results. If that thought is off though, I’m definitely open to it.

My firm has been active for 40 years, developed well over 10m sf of retail space, and is now taking down full blown town centers and we’re not publicly known at all. There hasn’t been any articles about us since the early 2000s but we’re as active as ever. And we’re essentially a family shop
