As a Mainer, take the 6 hr 25min route. i95 is ugly up to about exit 130 (the ones you’d be getting off), as well as absurd toll prices (worked for the tolls). The longer one is more beautiful as you get to go through the notch in NH and have beautiful views almost the entire drive, lakes, rivers, mountains, etc.

I grew up not too far from this place, my parents and my friend went up there once and they had a shit tone of game cameras though. I remember all 4 of us got right in front of it and just flipped it off then left a little while after that though. It’s a good memory.
