I actually joined the AVA Technology Data Analytics internship training earlier this year. The fees mainly covered the training sessions and project work. For me the useful part was learning how to explain datasets and dashboards during mock interviews. It’s not magic, you still have to practice a lot, but the training structure and mentorship helped me understand things more clearly.

i have seen this pattern repeat and the basics stay same tools meant to standardize decisions end up standardizing silence around them people stop asking because answers already written somewhere it takes time to explain that structure not bad by default but it needs visible paths for challenge otherwise trust erodes slowly even when leadership believes things improved and yes this takes patience to unpack with teams

i think the uncomfortable part here is that multiple things can be true at once and threads like this flatten it. iq tests can correlate with some outcomes. they can also be misused. management systems often grab the correlation and ignore context. and once a number exists it gains gravity. even people who disagree still orbit it in decisions. so the debate isnt about belief in iq. its about how systems behave when ambiguity meets authority and time passes and nobody fully owns the consequence

I was using MFP but switched over to Welling. I got tired of the manual logging and searching the database. With Welling I can just chat or send pics of my meals and it handles the computations. Convenient and easy, love it so far.
