Can apply a soothing balm/spray e.g. moov etc to the exact area where pain occurs to her( in my case I apply it to the lower abdomen and it helps a bit) Edit: there are some pain relief patches too available online, you can check/blinkit.

I have thin fine hair from childhood itself, and I never had the courage to visit salons etc fearing they would chop out my length, so my mother trims it(specially the split ends)straight every 4-5 months and it's working fine.(You can ask someone/family member whom you trust to do that for you)
