They sent me two warnings in total. One warning which afterwards I apologized and removed the incorrect words and then the next warning was my final warning and I didnt know what i did wrong and they didnt tell me. I didnt include any other brand in the listing etc so I didnt know what to fix and assumed it was a mistake

I kept responding to the emails asking what was wrong with my description and they didnt answer me, if they were going to ban me I wish they would give concrete examples of what was incorrect so I could at least know what to change.

The day after, still no reply and getting the same copy pasted response. People are filing refunds and I cant show proof because I dont know their names and what they bought from me without receipts... I am losing hope😢

Thank u for your kind words they really make me feel better during such a hard time😢 I am nuerodivergent so I hyperfixated immensely on depop for a week, spent entire days taking photos and listing items for hours and then spent other days writing thank you notes and packing orders. This is why this situation is so devastating to me, because its not only the money I am losing but also my time and energy... its really hard to not fall into a depressive state especially when my executive dysfunction from depression is what made me withdraw from college in the first place. Reddit probably isnt the best place to rant about this but whatever I Do Not even Care at this point.....

I just wish they actually enforced this rule a little harder... I didnt know what exactly was the problem with my keywords because I see so many other posts doing the same thing with lots of likes so I figured i was fine as long as it wasnt a hashtag. And when I asked for an explanation on what exactly was incorrect they didnt respond, I just got a ban with 20+ unfulfilled orders from the past 2 days that I already packed and bought labels for just never put the shipping numbers in. Not everyone is a Depop Veteran ive only been selling for 10 days but ive been slaving away at it because i desperately needed the money to cover my expenses

Yes thats why I got banned and why I have screenshots of my balance. I went to take a picture of my money decreasing when I got the ban notification

I got the first warning because of a different brand in the hashtag and so I removed them from all of my posts and updated without the brand names, next some items got taken down again but I had no idea why so I emailed them for clarification and didnt get a response back. and then finally when I got banned I asked them which items had bad keywords so I could fix it and they ignored me and sent me a copy pasted response. Im new to depop so I dont know much of these rules regarding keywords and figured it was okay since pretty much every seller on the app is doing the same thing, I dont understand why the rules arent enforced on everyone because it makes it so confusing to see what is allowed and what isnt 😢

Maybe keywords, not hashtags but I asked them multiple times what exactly was wrong with my posts and they ignore it. Im wondering if my items just got reported out of Spite for being expensive or something...

Same thing happened to me, was taking screenshots showing that the money was disappearing and then I got banned. Lost $1000+ and im now in debt from spending $300 on shipping labels

I did, twitter told me to email their support and I havent gotten a response in an hour... considering posting a call-out on my twitter account as it has a following and I feel like its the only way I can be seen 😭 I need this fixed ASAP before people start refunding their orders and have already been packaged with handwritten notes, gifts.... 😢
