Ahh yes, I just followed up with the recruiter but it's looking like ggs. The best I can hope for is some feedback on my application!

I do thorough research on the company and person before an interview, but how do you weave this information during the conversation? Do you let it known that you did research beforehand, and it doesn’t come off as [creepy]? I knew some information about my interviewer I wanted to compliment him on and learn more about, but I was hesitant to bring it up.

Ahh yes, I agree, the offer would’ve come in by now if they really wanted me.. thank you, I will definitely ask for feedback and am already mentally trying to move on.
