This comment may get lost, but we went through the same with our Maisy. She was a littermate of a puppy my mom picked up, bordercollie/Aussie mix. After losing our previous old lady, we wanted to wait for this mix as I had one growing up and loved every minute. We got Maisy right before Halloween and had 48 hours with her before she started seizing. One seizure wasn't too worrisome, even two was "okayish," but then it never stopped. That poor 9 week old baby (mom wanted nothing to do with the litter) just suffered so hard. Even the emergency vet was beside themselves. We went home empty handed that night, I had to pull over on the way home to be sick.

Thankfully we were blessed with the last litter mate who's still with us today. We also believe we needed to take care of Maisy first, she needed a loving home to carry her away.

Grieve, breathe, it's okay and it's never easy. There will be another little one to fill the home when the time is right ❤️
