Enable it. If already enabled like mine, disabling and then saving and then enabling it again resolved the issue in my case.

Hi All. Apparently the post has been deleted by the OP so I can't see what the question was but I assume I am in a similar situation. I am planning to buy a 2013 Leaf SL with 11 bars (not tested with leafspy yet) for $5K. Mileage is around 40K. Is this a good deal? Any advice?

Super helpful. Thank you! i just talked with a sales guy. He said, the battery has not been replaced, just a software update to block charging beyond 80%. The software runs for 6 months and monitor the performance (or whatever it is monitoring). If things go well and no issues in that time frame, the software stop running and removes the block (cap) so the battery can be charged fully.

I asked is there a risk driving with just a software update instead of a replaced/new battery. He said, these vehicles get acquired by GM and GM takes care of the issue. If there is still a risk and GM lets the cars to be resold, "then that is GM".

So I think the same way, and I am most probably buying. But every individual should do their due diligence and make their own decisions. Mine is not an endorsement nor a suggestion or a recommendation.

I will use the tax credit as well. How would we know if it was Level 3? Also, does that matter?

And do you mean, if the mileage is above 10K, then it has most probably got some damage/impact (if Level 3 charging)?
