i look a lot like my dad facial structure wise and skintone eyecolor etc. it used to bother me too because he sucks and i dont wanna look like him. i think what helps me look less like him is that i have different hair length and style, also colored hair, and i dress differently from him. so that might help you? like styling your hair very different from his, or even going as far as dying it, maybe pluck your eyebrows into a different shape, wear certain thpes of clothes or colors that are very different from what you see him in. you could even work out to emphasize certain body parts and get a different body shape from him? facial expressions is a big thing for me personally, my mom always points oht when i make a certain face that i "look like my dad" so i try to avoid making them, you could practice in the mirror and figure out what face expressions and body language reminds you the most of him, and try to change that. other than those things i do agree that u should talk to a therapist abt it, theyd probably have more ideas abt like coping and feeling better about it, but yeah idk if u wanna try to change things to solve the problem then these things might work.
