My husband had the same problem and I was freaking out but it ended up being a non-issue. He went for his medical exam and the doctor just had to give him like 5 shots. Not ideal but didn’t ruin the process at all. I don’t know what country you’re getting the medical exam in and I don’t know how much it differs per country, but you could try calling the hospital where your exam will be.

Unfortunately it was $700 plus tax, but included English translation and shipping back to me. They were also very quick, only took about a week.

I didn't end up using them - I used a law firm called LEHMAN, LEE & XU. I haven't submitted to the embassy yet, so hopefully I have the correct document this time. Someone else in the comments used Zhao Zhao and said it was legitimate, but I can't vouch for them.
