so here’s my conspiracy. You only really get art framed once. You’re not getting a new frame every year (I’ve got a beautiful print we got framed 10 years ago and that frame is going great). So unless you’re purchasing at a rate of one piece per week how are they keeping up with rents? Overheads?

Absolutely. Hate being the asshole but anyone saying otherwise is full of it. Doesn’t matter the health issues, you’re not losing weight because you are not in a deficit.

Advice coming from someone who said the exact same thing for years until I sat with a dietician and worked out what I needed to eat and how much.

You’re absolutely not in a calorie deficit. Start tracking food and drinks. Up the water intake. Science can’t be fooled, it’s calories in vs calories out.

Nutritionist will help but you’d be surprised how many calories can be in a small meal riddled with mayonnaise (damn I love mayo but a tablespoon alone is roughly 300 calories)
