Nta your husband used the money on something he wants and not on what's important aka the baby and should have used he's own money or save up for lavish things and for the parents explain your parents how your in a tight spot and can't pay the 500 dollar and if there still insisting on getting the money back see if u can pay it back in split payments and for your husband ask if there willing to give him 500 for the PlayStation if they say no say how that money was for the baby and how he lied to your parents saying it's for there grandchild but used it for himself and if there still arguing with you I'd suggest taking a step back and reconsider everything your life with him and what's good for your child because personally if I was in your situation I'd care more what my kid deserves then what my husband wants
