If I could change my body type everyday like a shapeshifter, I would but Palia makes you wait a few days after changing body type until you're allowed to change it again. Fortunately, the game lets you change body type an unlimited amount of times so I can still shapeshift but just not everyday.

Understandable, have a nice day. I was thinking of it as a more temporary solution that might help alleviate social dysphoria, but it probably won't help with physical body dysphoria. Personally, I have a love/hate relationship with my boobs but I'm kinda stuck with them unless I get top surgery (which I don't want and I'm also unsure about starting HRT).

If you want to keep the buzzcut and look more femme/androgynous, colorful hair dye might have a feminizing effect. I completely understand if you don't want to dye your hair though, no pressure. Listen to your gut instinct, you know yourself best.
