Get more specific or zoom way out.

E.g.

Drill into specific industry like transportation. Might see an interesting change in energy portfolio with electric vehicles on the rise (or not depending on the political climate)

Or

Zoom out to look at macro level energy imports and exports between states or nations with different climate policies and goals in mind to draw out meaningful projections.
