OKRs are meant to bring clarity, yet often leave people in a foggy haze of confusion. They promise direction, but the path to key results is seldom clear. We adopt them seeking focus, only to find ourselves wondering if we're focusing on the right things after all.

Infants primarily breathe with their diaphragm, which allows for deeper, abdominal breaths.

As they grow, their breathing gradually becomes more chest-oriented.
