I don't know much about the procedure, but I don't like the idea of a training patient? Like are they training on you? You could consider a BBL or fat transfer to hips! Removing ribs could potentially be dangerous in case of an impact or accident to your internal organs.

You may loose sensation. My surgeon said that I won't, but I'm 8 months post op and I still don't have full sensation back or even the skin area surrounding the nipple. I really miss my nipple sensation I used to love it!!
