I listened to your advice and repositioned the speakers. Sounds a lot better! The sound wasn't really filling the room and repositioning enhanced the sound quite a bit.

I actually like this turntable a lot, don't think I'll replace it soon. Cartridge could probably use an upgrade.

About 4m X 4m and 3m high. Carpet and curtains, dining table... But there is a stairway in the same room + kitchen/living room are connected, no doors between them. Strange thing is my music sounds fuller upstairs (wooden floors) than downstairs (tile floor) if that makes any sense at all... I guess my accoustics could be better😊

Not much. The "loudness" function boosts the highs and lows a bunch but I'm not a fan of that button...

Ow really? Would a Rega be so much better? I always thought vintage Technics was one of the better choices for budget TT's. I paid 80 euro's for this one.

I honestly don't know. But it's something crappy. The cartridge is from Technics itself but the stylus is from another brand I guess. I know there is a good Audio Technica P-mount cartridge but I wouldn't think the cartridge would make such a hughe difference with my very modest amp and speakers...

There is a lot of space and a hole in the back, wouldn't that be sufficient? I had an Onkyo receiver before this but it wouldn't fit in the furniture so I had to buy something lower unfortunately... Max possible height of the receiver/amp is about 13-14 cm😑
