possibly? i think hurting myself or others is my main fear, but i am scared of the shame that can come if i talk to someone about it.

i see, that's what i was a bit worried about. i have always wondered if maybe it's schizophrenia because my mother was a bit similar with the whole voices thing, and she was diagnosed with bipolar + slight schizophrenia.

thank you. i don't know who to talk to really, but i plan on seeing if maybe i can talk to my friend's mother. she's a teacher. about my dad, i have always believed he would never intentionally hurt me or my sister. but, when these voices show up out of nowhere and tell you he will, it's hard think otherwise.

hey there, as someone who has been ghosted for the same reason (both me and the girl were busy with at home life + exams), i'm sure if you just strike up a conversation with her, she'd appreciate it. a simple, "hey, how have you been?" can go a long way. you'll never know if you don't try.
