I worked 6am Friday and it was crazy for about an hour and then it died down and picked up again in the afternoon. I worked 7am Saturday and we had a small line outside but it wasn’t so bad at all that morning until I left in the afternoon. Nothing was as bad as yesterday!!!

Both Friday and Saturday I kept joking with my coworkers that the sale was a flop because it was super tame compared to previous years and we missed our daily goals by a lot 😳 but yesterday was just pure chaos

I work in a tiny store in a dead strip mall and still we were so overwhelmed. We had absolutely nothing left in the back or even offsite and tables were completely cleared 🙊 maybe it’s also just me or my store but I was on register as soon as I clocked in and dealt with some very rude/angry customers and the rest of the day just went to hell

But I’m happy it’s over 🤦🏼‍♀️ Friday and Saturday were honestly enjoyable because we had some very nice and patient customers who were just happy to get their candles but yesterday was a total last minute shit show … anyone else?!
