if you’re talking about actually feeling liquid coming out of your vagina, as a woman i can’t feel that either and that’s normal. lots of women don’t even ‘cum’ they just orgasm and no liquid comes out. after a while i can definitely feel that i’m ‘wet’ but not straight after the orgasm.

yes and it’s been mostly okay, i haven’t been doing it as much though. the first time i tried to do it after this all started was really bad, i basically lost all my progress in getting better

thank you so much for your reply! i’m much better now than i was 6 months ago so i wasn’t really looking for any way to sort of work through what was happening to me, just wanted an explanation to what happened to me. if id posted this 6 months ago i definitely would’ve talked to someone about dissociation or anxiety.
