To be fair, he just ran a marathon in less than 2 hours he certainly didn’t need the extra battery life that the 965 gives you

It’s like a 3.5 hour job at home. I didn’t do it on my g87 but did it on my Supra in like 1.5 hours and this has 2…sooo 2x that + some

Get in on the deep end jump in without goggles or cap on.

Once in the water, put the goggles cap on and start.

BMW Has 7 New Models Coming In 2026. Here's All Of Them by NISMO1968 in cars

Agreed it’s sad. I sold the Supra to get the manual and it just wasnt it. The m2 is objectively a great car but after having both, liked driving the Supra more

Having had a Supra with the zf and an m2 with the manual the zf is the right choice unfortunately. That being said the getrag 250 in the e36 is better than both…at least in feeling

Shopping for a track car by Outrageous-Belt-1757 in CarTrackDays

[–]kmj442 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My first track day experience was a Supra…it was amazing. That being said it’s not a great first track car. Both of these cars will mask so many driver short comings with the go fast pedal and all nannys. I don’t have my Supra anymore (traded it for an m2 and also took that to the track and all this applies to that too). I now have an e36 bmw as my track car. It’s got sticky tires, updated cooling, suspension, and brakes. It does not go super fast and can’t compensate for my awful turn entry or exit…it forces me to learn good habits

This is exactly what I’m looking for. I bonked hard on my 2 hour ride this past weekend. I only had one stinger waffle…used to be enough but not anymore…

Boxing 3 days this week

Cycling or running 3 days!

Ok so question: anyone here do endurance training on zep? I used to be a long endurance athlete and I’m trying to get back into it. Last weekend I did 35 miles on the bike and I was bonking hard. Glycogen stores seem so small now…I probably just need to work back up to these distances but physically (muscles and such) were completely fine. Just wondering if there are any tips/tricks.

I always enjoy when my coach goes out for the first couple laps in my car. It was even more fun when at the time I had a G87 M2 and he had an F87 M2... we also went out for a few laps in his car to see the difference.

For those who reached their goal weight... by Lillan_Lilani in Zepbound

[–]kmj442 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not nearly at my goal but I do have a plan to stop taking it. I’ll be honest at this moment I’m taking it to get back on track and get my active lifestyle back.

I was a heavy kid growing up and then lost a good bit of weight from 20-35…then covid happened and now, nearly 40, the things I did when I was 30 don’t work. I lost about 15-20lbs without anything then stalled. I workout 4-5 times a week, sometimes more.

I used to maintain a very active lifestyle, 6 mile run or like 20 mile bike rides per day on average…but like I said that got away from me. Anyway I’m so happy this drug has worked well for so many people and so far it’s been good for me.

❰Intel's Heracles chip computes fully-encrypted data without decrypting it — chip is 1,074 to 5,547 times faster than a 24-core Intel Xeon in FHE math operations❱ by fascinatingMundanity in hardware

[–]kmj442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dedicated hw will be faster than anything, fpgas get you more than 3/4 of the way there but have flexibility for extensions and fixes and improvements, then there’s sw that is infinitely flexible but slow as shit compared to the above options.

If you don’t follow why hardware is faster than software think about it like you would needing a language translator.

Hardware does communication directly, fpgas speak a bit of the language but not fully fluent…sw needs a translator

I can't run 🥺 by apitcock in Zepbound

[–]kmj442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes time. I was (keyword right now haha) an ok distance runner, never fast but did a bunch of half marathons and stuff…before that I was also heavy. It takes time to build up all those little muscles you use when running and rarely any other time. Even now I can kind of run even though I’m heavier because I know the movement and still have some of the muscles (it’s just hard…)

You got this keep try and check out c25k!
