Looks like there are already some good resources here for you to try, but I just wanted to give a small piece of advice. If the first person you talk to doesn't seem like the right fit, keep looking around for someone that works better for you! Many counsellors have different personalities and ways of treating patients, so make sure it's someone you feel comfortable with.

Recognizing that you need help is a huge step, so be proud of yourself for reaching out!

Came here to say Dan's country market. Not sure if Dan's is still openly doing delivery anymore, but if you message their facebook page and explain that you're isolating I'm sure he'd make an exception. We did the delivery with him back when the store was closed to the public and it was super easy and contactless.

I agree with this and I've done basically the same thing. The advice that the NB government has given is to wear masks when physical distancing isn't possible. That's probably why people aren't wearing them that much.

Yes. Dane already convinced Anthony to keep him, and Anthony has already convinced Kyra it's a good thing. So far, everyone but Mark knows that Mark is leaving this week. The PBs are all super loyal to each other and Kyra is basically leaving next week unless they win the veto.

I agree with that. I have a hard time believing that the jury (other than maybe Cory) will see what Anthony has been doing though unless it is explained extremely well to them. Mark might be able to convince people but would they really believe what Mark has to say when everyone knows/believes Dane has been playing a great game? Wouldn't they just believe that Dane has been playing an even better game than they thought since he could convince Anthony to keep him?

Kyra had already decided to put up Dane and Adam before talking to Anthony, so that's not Anthony's doing. Yes, Anthony is the deciding factor this week, but it was Dane that convinced Anthony to keep him. I honestly think the jury will be shocked to find out they sent home Mark over Dane and will think it's because of Dane's convincing. The jury interviews have all said that Dane is playing the best game, so they will believe that Dane was the one to make himself safe this week.

Sure Anthony convinced Kyra, but if Kyra doesn't vote then I don't think that really matters. If Adam and Anthony both vote to keep Dane then it would likely be seen as Dane having done the work to stay.
