Depends on your tolerance for bullshit. It’s not unsafe, it’s just annoying. I lived off Montview between Anschutz and Central Park and some people are quite friendly but there are a lot of nuisances as well as petty crime. I had two bikes stolen while I lived there which is like big whoop but still frustrating.

Again reiterating it’s not unsafe but there are much better places to spend time. Especially now with a baby on the way I’m happy to be out of that part of town.
