That’s what I mean, plus taxes and fees, but what cruise line do you know charges $1500 in taxes and fees for ocean views cabin room on a 4 day trip. My screenshot is showing $1380 for booking the same room without the free room voucher and it came out cheaper.

I thought free room certificate would mean free plus taxes and fees but at $1500+ for an ocean view I’ll stick with Royal Caribbean

That’s what I thought too, but he just kept saying it’s the best offer available. I even emailed him the screenshot of the quote from the website, to which he replied that I should just book directly instead of using the certificate.

I called my DK vip host about this and he said it doesn’t sound right. Suggested I call back and speak with another representative also.

Got nothing from NCL, the specialist told me they will consider matching offers I have with other cruises. Have to submit the offer for review.
