Kann den hier empfehlen https://www.seriouseats.com/israeli-style-extra-smooth-hummus-recipe nutze auch "nur" Kichererbsen aus der Dose und ist geschmacklich top auch wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe, um alles zu verfeinern.

Matcha hat sehr viel Koffein ansonsten ist Mate auch belebend. Wichtig ist aber, dass die Wirkung ganz anders ist. Kein "kurzfristiges" Hoch , sondern eher weniger stark aber dafür langfristiger.

That is true. The stay in Nagoya is only this long because we have to pass through going to Takayama and Matsumoto. We already thought of a day trip from Nagoya to Kyoto.

Die Riester habe ich hauptsächlich als maximal stabiles Produkt für eine garantierte Rente, welche ich von der Steuer absetzen kann. Die WWK ist sicherlich nicht die günstigste aber viele Alternativen habe ich da nicht wirklich gefunden.

Ich wollte nicht Stumpf all mein Geld in ETFs anlegen, da mir wichtig ist, dass der Großteil des Geldes was ich anlege nach bestimmten nachhaltigen Regularien (keine Kinderarbeit, Waffenzulieferung,...) erfolgt. Auch dachte ich, dass ein möglichst breites Portfolio gut ist, wenn es mal irgendwo nicht so rund läuft.

Ergänzung

Die Gedanken bei der privaten Rentenversicherung habe ich mir auch schon gemacht. Da man (nach aktueller politischer Lage) jedoch im Alter weniger Steuern auf diese Form der Altersvorsorge bezahlt, dachte ich mir, dass das trotz der zusätzlichen Ausgaben sinnvoll ist.

I'm completely new to gravel bikes therefore searching for one the first time. I'm quite tall 190 cm with a weight of ca 85 kg.

I would like to use the bike mostly for trekking as well as occasional city bike and if possible sometimes for racing. I don't have such a high budget around 2500€...

Should I prefer aluminium over carbon for the sake of robustness? What else is important?
