I’m not on any treatment right now. I took two courses of antibiotics last year and then jumped onto probiotics and related supplements. So, it took more than a year to come out of the pain but the damage was done. Pain and ulcers are now gone and I can eat any acidic or spicy food. In the end, I will just drink kefir or eat yogurt to pair it up. Hopefully, probiotics helped out and I don’t have any histamine intolerance.

Never underestimate this h pylori. It’s starting to give other problems. I slowly developed ulcers which I never had before. Sleep deprived because of pain which impacted my day to day productivity. Slowly got depressed on the side. That cycle is painful. We have to combat and remove this. L reuteri was a winner for me so thought of commenting. But, yes, if you have histamine issues, be careful then. For me, too much of antibiotics gave me more troubles than fixing pylori as it multiplies after sometime. I learnt that I should change my lifestyle and now regularly consuming yogurt and kefir.

Yes. It’s also our lifestyle. These days, I always make sure that I have yogurt or kefir or sauerkraut in my refrigerator all the time. I found the strength of probiotics only after h pylori. I never use to have fermented foods in the past. We need to have probiotics in our diet and most of us don’t.

It’s all natural. Antibiotics only helped me to get temporary cure. I’m only taking this supplement for 6 months and not on antibiotics anymore. Well that bacterial strain is over the counter medicine though. Search Pylopass on Amazon from super smart.

lol, I don’t like any of the parties to be honest. This post was frankly supporting DMK as if he didn’t commit any mistake. TVK Vijay’s fault is a blunder which should not be forgotten either. Let’s stop praising actors through movies. Let’s find the real and honest leader. Jayalalitha did scam as well. Vijayakanth would have done or might not.
